Commercial Gold Rush Course Scam Reviewed and Exposed!

Reposted from DuncanWierman.com/blog

Of all the charlatans and scumbags throughout history, DC Fawcett has to rank among the worst of them, right up there with Bernie Madoff, by betraying the trust of thousands of people just for the sake of his making fast money. This humanoid bag of pus (to call him “human” is an insult to our species) shamelessly sells many worthless things for an “affiliate commission” by proclaiming in each sales pitch how the crap he is selling at the time is the best thing since sliced bread without even buying it to test it out first.

Worse yet, he blatantly sells a lot of worthless crap to his large database of people who still trust him and his judgement to lead them to success. I think he publicly refers to these people as “students” of his, but his emails to fellow affiliates, posted here and elsewhere by Duncan, show that he treats these valuable clients as nothing more than walking wallets and purses to be stripped clean of their money whenever he sees the chance to do so. There are still videos of DC selling Karen Hanover as “the best of the best” of commercial real estate experts when all this idiot had to do was pick up the phone and call a few of Karen’s “references” to find out that she is a complete fraud. As a result of his large marketing campaign, people got suckered out of millions of dollars of their hard-earned money.

It wouldn’t be so bad if DC actually bought and tested the products he sells before putting them on the market, but he’s too cheap and lazy to do so. His email database contains thousands of people, many who actually trust this crook for some reason. If he were an ethical mentor and educator of real estate and business, he would at least test the products he sells rather than just blast them out to his email database.

One guru/teacher who actually has ethics told me that he gets many products for FREE, upon his request to the product maker, to test out before he puts them on the market so apparently it’s not even an issue of cost for DC or any other “teacher” of real estate to just test the products they sell. In DC’s case, this scammer is just too lazy to even honestly review the products that he sells even after getting them for FREE, despite his “students” making him a lot of money. DC Fawcett is the epitome of the modern snake oil salesman and, hopefully, he and those like him will one day be treated the same way that these hucksters were treated in the past, i.e., by being tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail.

You know what’s really strange, I just did a reverse search on DC’s office phone number 813-689-2300 with anywho.com and it looks like DC may not have as big an organization and staff as he would like for us to believe. Results of reverse search on DC’s “office number”:

Candice Creal
1406 Shell Flower Dr
Brandon, FL 33511
(813) 689-2300

Vincent Creal
1406 Shell Flower Dr
Brandon, FL 33511
(813) 689-2300

Like a true scam artist, DC is using smoke and mirrors to make it look like he’s a player in the real estate game when he’s mainly just a peddler of info products. His “expert staff of short sale negotiators” are two guys, Randy Patrick and Matt Raab at http://mattandrandy.com/ and not employees of his company as he would like for us to believe. Randy and Matt have their own company to whom DC throws his “students” (really pigeons who got suckered by DC), not his own “expert staff”. This guy amazes me.

He really is like the Wizard of Oz when Toto pulls away the curtain to reveal nothing but a flimflam bs artist.

I certainly hope your use of social media for protection of the general public pays off. Maybe this will prevent scam artists and crooks like DC Fawcett and Karen Hanover from easily ripping off people by suckering them into paying for useless or non-existent products and services.

You are lucky if you are only out $97.00. I signed up for Freedom Alliance Network + extras. I also signed up for the IM Coaching $9997.00 that D.C. pushes. After doing research on and not wanting to push d,c. agenda,I requested and sent invoice for refund, within 15 days.I”m told IM coaching is not refundable.Beware, Frank Palmer

      1. Dispute it with your Credit Card Company
      2. Report it to the Better Business Bureau
      3. Contact your state attorney general

Freedom Alliance Network is rubbish.. Just another scam to get your money.
