Just in case you think of suing me

GRANTS PASS, Ore. (AP) — A federal appeals court ruled Friday that bloggers and the public have the same First Amendment protections as journalists when sued for defamation: If the issue is of public concern, plaintiffs have to prove negligence to win damages.

My comment is the same as Larry H.. Also, lately I have been receiving emails from a whole new round of so-called “Gurus” coming on scene. Everyone beware or you could lose your shirt!
Something else I have been observing, these “Gurus” are not only touting their information/courses, they are now doing webinars promoting every other “Gurus” courses! It would be nice if it was done as a public service, however we all know it is for profit and not education.

Amen, Brother! No lawsuit here, but I thought you might appreciate a rose ‘midst the thorns.
The success has to come from within you. If you don’t have the drive and determination, you will never make it, no matter how many courses you take. However, having said (typed?) this, I would suggest that sometimes we need to re-align our thinking. There are several things out there that can help us: Books to help us expand our thinking, friends to hold us accountable (although that should last just long enough for us to become accountable to ourselves), Internet information – free – on the mechanics of what it is we want to do. But you are correct when you say there are no “quick fixes”, no matter what the “gurus” say.
Please, don’t stop what you are doing! you are a reality check for all of us.

I am curious why did you slam Zack Childress about working with DC Fawcett and now your part of an online seminar that is being held today 05/14/2015 which has Zack as one of the presenters?

Excellent question. NIRE contracted me in on a topic WITHOUT disclosing who the other speakers would be. IF I would have known I was on the same billing – you can rest assured I would not have participated.

Also to be very clear – by being on the same marquee does NOT mean I endorse him or has anything changed. I listed to what he had to say, and I still feel exactly the same way.
