Dan Schwatz / InvestorFuse – Podio Review – Honest and Open

I just had the chance to review InvestorFuse, which is being touted as a Customer relationship management (CRM) that is better than anything on the market.

To keep it simple, Investorfuse is a template of actions that lays on top of a Podio platform.  (Podio is a subscription based generic CRM product)

While I agree that having a template to start you on your path is useful, this is tool is in no way complete.

CRM is a term that refers to practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth. CRM systems are designed to compile information on customers across different channels — or points of contact between the customer and the company — which could include the company’s website, telephone, live chat, direct mail, marketing materials and social media. CRM systems can also give customer-facing staff detailed information on customers’ personal information, purchase history, buying preferences and concerns.

However there are so many numerous items still missing from this system its not funny!  People who are looking at running their business on the cheap or need basic CONTACT Management will be the ones drawn to this. Please note there is a huge difference between contact management and customer relationship management!

This is also NOT a lead generation tool. You still have to do your own marketing and import your leads into the system.  I find this is another area where their advertising is misleading.

Its a shame that many real estate investors do not understand the basic concepts of marketing and jump into fancy promises of “don’t lift a  finger, our system does everything automatically” There is lots of hype from Dan Schwatz, but there is NOTHING NEW that other programs don’t provide.

While there is merit in systems and automation.. the people I spoke already using Podio/Investorfuse are spending more time trying to understand and/or implement it.  This CRM system is little more than a glorified database where customer information is stored.

The good news is that there are a multitude of other products on the market that I would recommend and that work out cheaper and are easier to use right out of the box!

My advise is to look elsewhere. Spend your money on something that was built from the ground up, that you can use faster, and provides you with more feature functionality.

The users I spoke to on Investorfuse seem to like its simplicity and probably are not too technical which is its appeal. The bad thing is that they do not know what they are missing in other systems that have been on the market for years and are way ahead.

Government Funding Solutions – Sean Carpenter – BEWARE

ALERT NOTICE FOR http://www.GovernmentFundingSolutions.net/gfs/

sean carpenterThis course is by the same guy was involved with the Karen Hanover Scam. This is the same guy who gave a Realtor an offer of 1.6 million with only 500 dollars down with 107% financing!  Seriously.

Sean Carpenter promised the same crap to all her students and did not perform on any deal with them.

I just took a quick look at what he had to offer, and red flags started appearing immediately..  Buyer Beware.

Please note in the terms there is only a 14 day refund policy.  His guarantee if you have an issue, is only that you can call his offer and ask him questions.

John T. Reed Versus Donald Trump

I am highly disappointed in John T. Reed who I once respected as an honest person.   Obviously John has a personal grudge against Donald for being more successful than he ever was.

John T. Reed, has been hired as a paid expert witness for the plaintiffs in one of the Trump lawsuits, but has no current role in the cases.  He stated in regards to the response over the Trump University evaluations..“So they write a seminar evaluation, and hand it in, face-to-face.” “That,” Mr. Reed added, “is where you get your 98 percent.”

Seriously, did the Trump teachers hold a gun to these people’s head to write a good review? NO.

Money is obviously the motivating factor for John T. Reed to testify for the plantiffs as an expert witness.  In my knowledge, Mr. Reed is no longer involved in real estate or has he even attended any training of Trump University. How in the world can he be an expert?

I have seen the program material for Trump University and know a few people who taught the seminars… it was quality information.

The problem is that most people want to get rich quick.   80% of people who buy any home study course, or coaching do not make big dollars because the don’t do the work required!  If these people wanted to be successful they would take responsibility for their lack of action. Blaming someone else for their  failures is childish.

The people who are part of this class action lawsuit are LOSERS!  They are only looking to SCAM Donald to get him to give their money back.

I believe Donald is doing the right thing by not settling this lawsuit and I hope he sues them back for liable.

Antony Patrick and Joe Lopez – REI ROAD MAP

2-1-2016 10-20-07 AMI first met Anthony Patrick at a Jeff Adams event.  Anthony said to me that he was doing most of the coaching work for Jeff. He then went on to say he could easily teach the same thing Jeff did from stage since he was a handyman and knew how to look at houses and evaluate them based on Jeff’s methods. He also said Jeff’s students really liked how I was teaching them about generating leads.

After quite a while I decided to give him a chance at one of my training events.  While Anthony was not perfect in knowledge or training, we came to the agreement that under my mentor-ship that he has potential to become a reputable trainer.

Unbeknownst to me that as I was helping him, that he was gathering my materials for his use.  Then I found out that he started using our own website designs and marketing material paid out of our company profits to market his own event.  Anthony then hired a guy Joe Lopez ( who previously sat in on my events – and who only knew how to drive for dollars)  to try and provide the content I created to his attendees.

I later find testimonials that I had shot have been edited and my name removed being used on his website ?   The Joe files a DCMA against me saying that to my host to take my site down because they are his videos ??  WTF

It is with a sad heard that you cannot trust Anthony Patrick or Joe Lopez of ReiRoadMap.com   Do not give them ANY of your hard earned money.

William Yotty Pleads Guilty to House Flipping Scam

LOS ANGELES — A self-proclaimed real estate investor and consultant pleaded guilty in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom Monday to two felony fraud charges in connection with a home-flipping scheme that defrauded hundreds of investors.

William Yotty of Dana Point pleaded guilty to federal mail fraud and wire fraud. In one of his schemes, he persuaded about 240 people to make real estate investments through a Lodi company that he ran, Fortuno Inc. Those people gave Yotty money to purchase foreclosed homes that Yotty claimed he could resell at higher prices.

A glossy brochure distributed by the company claimed to show people “how to take $400 and turn it into $25,000 in the next 30 days.”

However, investors who filed suit against Yotty said that’s not how things worked out.

Instead, Yotty often purchased the foreclosed homes himself then sold them to his investors at inflated prices; any profits he made from those transactions, he kept. Many of the properties passed on to investors were damaged or unlivable and could not be resold.

Yotty also operated another financial fraud involving investments, including CDs and promissory notes. All told, Yotty’s victims lost $14 million.

The real estate scheme sent some victims, who were present for Monday’s hearing, into debt.

“I took out a personal loan in Germany, which now I have to pay off for the next 30 years,” said one of the victims, Markus Loeffler.

As part of his guilty plea, Yotty agreed to pay his victims restitution, although some are skeptical they will ever see the money.

“It would be nice, but I’m not holding my breath,” one victim said.

Yotty is due back in court for sentencing Nov. 23. He faces as many as 40 years in prison.

Thieving Guru

What is wrong with this industry.. A “guru” comes to you for  information about how you do something, and the next day .. It shows up on their site.  Then when you confront them about it, they think they did nothing wrong.

The excuse.. Oh my assistant must have taken your contract and put it there.  WTF?
